How to leverage mentorship to find jobs for mentees?

This session, hosted by the Alberta Immigrant Mentorship Network, will feature speakers who have integrated the opportunity for mentorship connections with tangible employment strategies.

Mentorship programs often communicate expectations to their mentees not to expect their mentor will find a job for them.

In this session, we will learn about creative approaches to mentorship that are linked directly to finding employment for mentees.  We will learn ways to connect mentoring conversations to job-seeking strategies to create employment outcomes for job-seeking mentees.
