ICAI provides our community of arts & culture workers with mentors-in-residence who are available for 1 hour
a month to provide guidance and resources to members of our community. They provide easily accessible and professional advice for our community share their expertise and time to answer the questions you might have about your practice and or career as a newcomer or immigrant arts and culture worker. They are available on a volunteer basis and new mentors are recruited every six months.
